Understanding our escrow milestone payment
At Immobiliare Futuro Limited, we believe in giving our clients peace of mind through transparent and secure payment processes. That is why we use a milestone-based escrow system. Rather than receiving complete payment upfront, your funds are released gradually at key stages of the construction. This gives comfort to potential buyers, eliminating the fears of diversion or delay and ensures that every phase meets our high standards before the next phase of payment
Our Escrow Milestone Breakdown:
| Foundation Completion: | 30% of funds released once the foundation is certified. |
| Roofing Milestone: | Another 30% is released when the roofing is completed. |
| Internal Finishes: | 25% is paid once internal work like plastering and tiling is done. |
| External Finishing: | 10% is released after all external finishing touches are verified. |
| Retention (3 Months Post-Handover): | The final 5% is held and released after three months of successful handover to ensure everything is perfect. |
